We are extremely happy with our new bathroom which was designed by Andrew at ASE. Andrew had some really creative ideas about how to make the best of the space we had (converting 2 rooms into 1). He also had a good understanding of what we were looking for & helped find a fabulous tile that was perfect for our new bathroom. We really valued the helpful discussions with Andrew which greatly assisted us in honing our choices but didn't pressurise us into a sale. It made a difference talking to someone who understood all the practical and technical issues as opposed to just a salesperson. ASE provide great value for money as all of the products we received are really good quality and robust. Thank you Andrew & ASE!

The installation team of Andy & Jordan carried out a first class job, they were prompt and efficient, ensuring that they cleaned up thoroughly each day when they finished. We paid a visit to ASE's Showroom in Ludlow purely by chance and were impressed with the displays but thought they would be unaffordable for us. We were pleasantly surprised to find that ASE could work with our budget and supplied and fitted a lovely new bathroom for us. All of the staff are polite and helpful. Daniel had some really good ideas about design and was very helpful when we visited him in the showroom. Chris from ASE Install was excellent, he arrived on time each day, worked hard and took time to ensure his work was carried out to a very high standard. Being locals ourselves, we had known about ASE for some time as they are a Ludlow based company, and have been around for many years. There was no hesitation working with ASE when it came to having our new bathroom. The best aspect we found, working with ASE was their outstanding professionalism and how helpful all the staff were from the moment we walked into the showroom. Another element that can't go without mention is the quality of the workmanship, we wouldn't have done anything else different. The most important factor that people should know about ASE, other than the fantastic end product, is the level of service we were given throughout the entirety of our project. First Class! ASE was recommended to me by a friend. I did some research before making a decision but I know made the right choice with ASE. Everyone at ASE is friendly, helpful and professional. The workmanship is excellent - precise, professional and very tidy. Garry in particular is a pleasure to work with and kept me informed throughout. Firstly we would like to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you to everyone at ASE who has been involved with the installation of our shower. Everyone has been most helpful and considerate; kept us well informed and provided excellent service. Andy and Ian worked so hard each day with the installation; very tidy and careful with their workmanship. We are delighted with our shower and would happily recommend ASE, and indeed already have done so.

The Trade Counter at ASE has always been very helpful and the Showroom is very pleasant along with the installers being very efficient and always performing to the highest standard. One thing that people should know is that you need to be patient as there is a long queue of customers. Any problems that occurred were corrected imminently and Jerry also corrected some related problems that were not scheduled. Overall I feel that I have had a good and careful installation of the bathroom and the work was at a reasonable price and I would recommend ASE to others.
