I knew about ASE as I have dealt with them before and that is why I had no hesitations about working with them. Those who I worked with are very clean, efficient, polite and very professional and I would happily recommend them to anyone looking to get work done.

We recently upgraded our bathroom, en-suite and central heating system with ASE. The team at ASE are polite and professional and the workmanship is outstanding. We can not fault anything from start to finish. We would like to thank all of the team for a job well done. We would recommend ASE to anyone who is interested in carrying out bathroom/kitchen or central heating improvements.

A local tradesperson mentioned ASE as the place to go to choose bathroom fittings. We were a little hesitant as we didn't know of anyone who had used ASE, so we had no idea of the quality of the service or the work. We decided to visit the showroom in Ludlow. It was a great experience right from the start. I would like to thank Daniel who dealt with me with tremendous patience as I agonised for a very long time over the multitude of choices available. He had good product knowledge and ideas and helped me to arrange the bathroom to maximise the space available. Daniel also told us that ASE had an 'in house' installation service so we decided to ask ASE to do the whole job. As soon as we met Andy Vear from ASE Install, we knew that we were in safe hands. Andy came to our home and seemed to tune in immediately to what we were trying to achieve. He had lots of good advice about the project. Although we had to wait for some time to have the job done, all went well and it was completed on the scheduled dates that we had reserved. It was a pleasure to have Andy and his team in our home. What we appreciated most was that Andy and ASE's tiler Scott MacKenzie were both perfectionists, persisting with the tasks until everything was exactly right. Furthermore, Andy returned promptly to fix minor glitches after the installation was completed. We are really happy with the end result. The bathroom has clean lines, is very easy to keep clean and has a definite 'wow factor' - all the things we wanted to achieve and our friends and family think it is wonderful. We would definitely recommend ASE's services to anyone who appreciates good workmanship and excellent customer service. ASE will handle everything and the job will be completed on time and to a high standard!

We would recommend ASE's Services to anyone interested in a bathroom upgrade. The staff are friendly and efficient and the workmanship is excellent. We were kept informed at every stage during a very difficult time (Covid 19) - there were one or two changes during the process which were dealt with smoothly and professionally. I had ASE recommended to me and I did have an initial hesitation about working with them as I did believe that the outcome would be rather expensive. One of the best things about working with them is that fact that if there were any problems I knew that they would solved. The one thing that I would have liked to have seen done differently is better communication from Dan as he needs to listen more instead of talking as much but then on the other hand the fitting team were were very clean and tidy which is usually very rare.

Being locals ourselves, we had known about ASE for some time as they are a Ludlow based company, and have been around for many years. There was no hesitation working with ASE when it came to having our new bathroom. The best aspect we found, working with ASE was their outstanding professionalism and how helpful all the staff were from the moment we walked into the showroom. Another element that can't go without mention is the quality of the workmanship, we wouldn't have done anything else different. The most important factor that people should know about ASE, other than the fantastic end product, is the level of service we were given throughout the entirety of our project. First Class! Further to the project work on our En-suite and Cloakroom recently completed I now take this opportunity to thank the ASE team who undertook the work under the guidance of Andy Vear. The attention to detail was first class and also the tiding up of the workplace after each session . We had the Main Bathroom modified and updated last year and together with this latest work we would have no reservation in recommending ASE to anyone having completed the work on time and to our complete satisfaction .

We heard about ASE through our plumber/heating engineer and ad no hesitations at all. The best thing about ASE are how professional and friendly all of the staff are and i would happily recommend them to anyone needing a bathroom refurbishment. Overall I would give the ASE team five stars for all of their work.

Thanks to ASE we now have a brand new bathroom fitted by ASE Install who were friendly, reliable, hardworking and tidy. The whole team were excellent and able, led by Andy the Installation Manager. Daniel, our bathroom designer was approachable and hardworking. He has an excellent knowledge of bathroom products. We would recommend ASE to anyone. Using ASE for products and ASE Install for fitting provided us with the security and reliability we wanted. We are very pleased!
