I heard about ASE from friends and neighbours and I had no hesitations about working with them and that was down to the fabulous staff that they have there. I would happily recommend ASE to anyone due to the friendliness of the staff and how tidy the job I have had has been.

We recently had a new wetroom supplied and installed by ASE. We were impressed by the reliable, pleasant and attentive staff in the showroom. The installation team are likewise and very hardworking and the workmanship is excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. Andy Vear's (ASE Install) skills and knowledge are excellent. He made it quite clear that he would ensure we were happy with the finished product. We are very happy with everything and have already recommended ASE to others.

The best thing about going with ASE for our new bathroom was how they had a planned schedule for the entire project and they stuck to the installation dates given. I first contacted ASE following an internet search for bathroom supplies in the Ludlow area. I had no hesitation about working with ASE because out of the three companies that I contacted over this particular piece of work ASE gave me the most promising response. I would recommend ASE to anyone who was looking for a reliable bath supplies company because they employ friendly and co-operative staff who wanted to do the best for me to get my work completed and they were willing to take on work that was rectifying a problem with a bath that had been fitted by another company. They could have just sold me a new bath but were willing to refit my existing one thus saving me considerable expense. I would also like to add that the quality of workmanship is excellent. The job was done very quickly and everywhere was left very neat and tidy afterwards. I am very happy with the end result.

We recently used ASE's services to upgrade 2 bathrooms and a cloakroom in our home. We compared designs and costs with other companies but had no hesitation about working with ASE - all ASE staff are extremely professional and communication is excellent. We were very impressed with Daniel (Bathroom Designer) - his encyclopedic knowledge of products and prices gave us complete confidence. Due to the individual nature of our home, some unforeseen difficulties arose during the installation but these were explained thoroughly to us and solutions found quickly. No problem seemed insurmountable to Andy (Installer) or Scott (Project Manager) and their team. The whole team were professional, courteous, reliable, punctual and respectful of our home to such an extent that we have already booked them for a further project. We are delighted with the end result which is tasteful, contemporary and functional. We believe this is due to the fact that we were encouraged to be part of the project throughout.
