We had used ASE's Services in the past and once we met the team again we had no concerns about working with them. We loved their friendliness and openness and the fact that they kept us informed every step of the way. The staff are professional and the workmanship is excellent. We cannot thank Chris Roberts enough for his patience, politeness and sense of humour during his two weeks in our home - he made sure to consult us about every aspect of the job. We have just had a new shower enclosure fitted by ASE. Daniel in the showroom has excellent knowledge of product ranges so we had no hesitation about working with him on design and product supply. Andy from ASE Install was competent, tidy and delivered a very good standard of workmanship. We would recommend ASE to anyone because we experienced a competent and friendly service throughout.

We paid a visit to ASE's Showroom in Ludlow purely by chance and were impressed with the displays but thought they would be unaffordable for us. We were pleasantly surprised to find that ASE could work with our budget and supplied and fitted a lovely new bathroom for us. All of the staff are polite and helpful. Daniel had some really good ideas about design and was very helpful when we visited him in the showroom. Chris from ASE Install was excellent, he arrived on time each day, worked hard and took time to ensure his work was carried out to a very high standard. We heard about ASE from a simple internet search within our local area, and then there was no hesitation about wanting to work with them for our new bathroom project. The best thing about going with ASE for our new bathroom was how they had a planned schedule for the entire project and they stuck to the installation dates given. There is nothing we would have chosen to do differently, everyone should know about the wide range of products and fully project-managed service that ASE does, taking away the hassle of us working with multiple other trades. ASE do it all from start to finish, we would recommend it to anyone looking at having a new bathroom and installation, very capable company. Their team is friendly, flexible and creative when it comes to problem-solving. They were just as keen to achieve the fantastic end result as we were. Five out five for the installation and quality of workmanship that went into it, and five out of five for the finished result!

I was delighted with the end result that I had received, I did have a couple of queries all of which were sorted out very quickly. Andy and James were very considerate, clean and the aftercare was fantastic and we would have no hesitation recommending ASE to anyone or using them again.

I had used ASE before for another project and had no hesitation when working with them again. I liked how professional they are and would recommend them to other people as they do a good job. The only thing I would have liked to have done differently at the time was to have the project done sooner, it did take longer than expected. ASE probably are not the cheapest, but they are worth the price you pay, the workmanship is very good, 4 stars and I am very pleased with the end result, 5 stars.

ASE recently carried out supply and installation of a new shower cubicle for us. They are very helpful and we were not rushed into making any decisions. ASE have great knowledge and expertise in installation. All employees are friendly and obliging. We now have much more space and are finding it much easier to access our shower. We are happy with the end result and would recommend ASE to anyone.

I first contacted ASE following an internet search for bathroom supplies in the Ludlow area. I had no hesitation about working with ASE because out of the three companies that I contacted over this particular piece of work ASE gave me the most promising response. I would recommend ASE to anyone who was looking for a reliable bath supplies company because they employ friendly and co-operative staff who wanted to do the best for me to get my work completed and they were willing to take on work that was rectifying a problem with a bath that had been fitted by another company. They could have just sold me a new bath but were willing to refit my existing one thus saving me considerable expense. I would also like to add that the quality of workmanship is excellent. The job was done very quickly and everywhere was left very neat and tidy afterwards. I am very happy with the end result.
