We heard about ASE through our plumber/heating engineer and ad no hesitations at all. The best thing about ASE are how professional and friendly all of the staff are and i would happily recommend them to anyone needing a bathroom refurbishment. Overall I would give the ASE team five stars for all of their work.

We recently had a new wetroom supplied and installed by ASE. We were impressed by the reliable, pleasant and attentive staff in the showroom. The installation team are likewise and very hardworking and the workmanship is excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. Andy Vear's (ASE Install) skills and knowledge are excellent. He made it quite clear that he would ensure we were happy with the finished product. We are very happy with everything and have already recommended ASE to others.

There were no hesitations when working with ASE, after hearing about them through Adam Wilks the Key Account Manager at ASE. The best part of working with ASE was the trustworthy and friendly nature of the team, not forgetting the outstanding punctuality. There is nothing we would have done differently, and most importantly the thing to note is how helpful they are throughout the planning and design process as well as the installation, nothing is too much trouble. 5-Stars for the quality of workmanship, we were very impressed with Luke! 5-Stars for the end result also.

I also used ASE's Installation Service - I was away while the installation was being carried out and when I returned it was like no-one had been in my house. There was no mess or clutter and everything had been left clean and tidy. Even the neighbours were impressed with the installation team's clean van, punctuality, efficient work and quiet performance. Everything was so straightforward from our first meeting with Daniel in the showroom to the final part of the installation. ASE should be very proud of all its employees - a really pleasant team. I had been recommended ASE by a friend. At the time my only hesitation when working with them was financial. The best thing about working with ASE is the professionalism and courtesy of everyone involved, the reliability, and not having to work with different trades, but knowing they would turn up to do what was promised was reassuring. I would recommend ASE as a company but don't know anybody locally with a project in mind. There was just one minor thing I would have liked to have done differently when I went away for a week while the floor was being laid being able to do that, completely trusting 5 or 6 workmen in my home was a massive positive), but while I was away a couple of small decisions were made, without me being asked about what I wanted. These were rectified by Scott the Project Manager but could have been avoided. Mostly the experience was very positive and I am very happy with the result and quality of workmanship, 5 stars overall. Scott was very efficient and keen to make sure I got the result I wanted. Luke was superb. He was patient with me when I asked questions and was so keen to do an excellent quality job. When I was away he sent images and video footage of what they'd done that day and that was incredibly reassuring. He and everyone work hard, and long hours and I couldn't have asked for more.

ASE were recommended to us when we were thinking about having a new shower installed in our existing bathroom. The ASE install team are efficient and the workmanship is good. We would have preferred if the complete process could have been executed more quickly ie, quotation to order to installation seemed to take a long time but we needed the work to be carried out on a specific day of the week which may have added to the delay. Overall, we are happy with the end result.
