I initially worked with Barney Jones (kitchen designer) who was knowledgeable, courteous and patient, with no push to make a sale. The team at ASE are very professional and the quality of workmanship is very good. The installation took a bit longer than estimated but I am very happy with the end result. Thank you ASE!

We used ASE & ASE Install for our recent kitchen project which was finished to our complete satisfaction. Barney, the kitchen designer was able to offer some great suggestions which improved on our original plans. Richard, the kitchen fitter, was excellent. His workmanship was outstanding and he worked hard to complete the job quickly. He was very neat and tidy. ASE was more expensive that another quote we received but the professional approach and detailed design, together with absolute understanding of our requirements and the quality of the products convinced us that we chose the right supplier and we have no regrets in doing so. My experience with ASE means that I trust them to develop an optimum design and then follow up with a quality installation. I would certainly suggest that ASE should be considered if someone I knew was planning a new kitchen project

We recently had our new kitchen supplied and installed by ASE. We found ASE on Google and decided to pay a visit to their showroom in Ludlow. The most important thing people should know about ASE is that the communication between ASE and the customer is great. The installation team and all staff are very good. We are really happy with the end result and would recommend ASE to anyone. ASE may not be the cheapest but you get what you pay for... quality!!

We heard about ASE through a friend so we had no hesitations in approaching them when we decided to upgrade our kitchen. We had a tailor made plan designed by Barney Jones who also project managed the installation throughout. This was the most important aspect for us and it meant that when a couple of minor issues cropped up Barney was able to deal with them efficiently for us. We would rate the quality of workmanship very highly - the contractors were very good and worked hard to get the job finished a day ahead of schedule. We are very happy with the end result and have already recommended ASE to other friends.

We already knew ASE as a local plumbing & heating supplier so we had no hesitation about working with them on our kitchen project. Communication from the showroom was fantastic, we were kept informed all the way through. Any small issues that arose were dealt with efficiently and the work was finished on time. Great care was taken over the installation and all rubbish cleared away, our property was left clean and tidy at the end of every day. Everyone on the team was very helpful, especially Barney who is also very approachable. We are very happy with the end result and have already recommended ASE to others.

Barney was very personable and professional from the outset and this coupled with his knowledge and understanding of products gave us complete confidence in what we were planning. Purchase and delivery of products generally went smoothly and any small glitches were dealt with calmly and efficiently by the showroom office staff which added to the confidence we had developed.Our questions throughout were answered fully and we were always given the time we needed and never felt under any pressure to make decisions.
