I initially worked with Barney Jones (kitchen designer) who was knowledgeable, courteous and patient, with no push to make a sale. ASE recently supplied and installed a new kitchen and bathroom in our home. We worked with Barney and Daniel in the showroom and the ASE Install team worked in our property to successfully complete the installation. Barney's knowledge as an ex-kitchen fitter meant that he was able to design and suggest products that he knew would look good and represent the best use of space. Daniel's extensive product knowledge saved us money by offering bathroom products of comparable quality at a lower cost. There were a couple of things we would like to have seen done differently; a clearer explanation of the charging for sub-contract work and a site visit on completion of the bathroom project. However, there is a practical and realistic work ethic throughout ASE and we would recommend them to friends and family.

We heard about ASE through doing some internet searching and we were a bit nervous but that was due to being new to the area. But the work that was carried out was outstanding and performed to the highest standard. We would like to thank Will, Scott and Andy for all of their work that was carried out in a polite and friendly manner.

ASE was recommended to us and although we were a little hesitant because of the costs (high end) we decided to proceed with having a new kitchen supplied and installed. The best thing about working with ASE was being able to refer to just one point of contact in the showroom who looked after everything for us. The kitchen fitter did an excellent job - we would have preferred to pay for fitting at an hourly rate rather than a 4 day contract, however we are very happy with the end result. Thank you ASE!

ASE transformed our gloomy kitchen into a light, airy and attractive space. We enjoyed working with the team at ASE. Barney, the kitchen designer was friendly and reliable and made some very useful suggestions based on his professional experience. We were concerned that we might be 'talked into' something we didn't really want but this was not the case at all. The installation team were very cheerful and professional - we left them alone in our house for a week and we had no problems at all. We would recommend ASE to our friends as an excellent company who are genuine and reliable.

Masterclass kitchens are beautifully finished, slightly expensive but overall worth the extra. We are delighted with the end result.
