I used ASE's services about 15 years ago so I had no hesitation in approaching them when I need to update my kitchen. I initially worked with Barney Jones (kitchen designer) who was knowledgeable, courteous and patient, with no push to make a sale. We heard about ASE through a friend so we had no hesitations in approaching them when we decided to upgrade our kitchen. We had a tailor made plan designed by Barney Jones who also project managed the installation throughout. This was the most important aspect for us and it meant that when a couple of minor issues cropped up Barney was able to deal with them efficiently for us. We would rate the quality of workmanship very highly - the contractors were very good and worked hard to get the job finished a day ahead of schedule. We are very happy with the end result and have already recommended ASE to other friends.

ASE was recommended to us and although we were a little hesitant because of the costs (high end) we decided to proceed with having a new kitchen supplied and installed. The best thing about working with ASE was being able to refer to just one point of contact in the showroom who looked after everything for us. The kitchen fitter did an excellent job - we would have preferred to pay for fitting at an hourly rate rather than a 4 day contract, however we are very happy with the end result. Thank you ASE!

ASE recently supplied and installed a new kitchen and bathroom in our home. We worked with Barney and Daniel in the showroom and the ASE Install team worked in our property to successfully complete the installation. Barney's knowledge as an ex-kitchen fitter meant that he was able to design and suggest products that he knew would look good and represent the best use of space. Daniel's extensive product knowledge saved us money by offering bathroom products of comparable quality at a lower cost. There were a couple of things we would like to have seen done differently; a clearer explanation of the charging for sub-contract work and a site visit on completion of the bathroom project. However, there is a practical and realistic work ethic throughout ASE and we would recommend them to friends and family.

We are really pleased with our new kitchen. Barney was so easy to work with as he is such an approachable person. The best thing about working with ASE was having that personal contact throughout the project which is one of the benefits of working with a local family firm. We would recommend ASE to everyone without reservation.

From design to completion everyone was very professional, polite and nothing was too much trouble. The most important thing that people should know about ASE is the fact that they have such a good workforce and they are always ready to help out. We heard about them from a friend which lead to us having no hesitations what so ever. Also it is a good thing that ASE always kept us in the loop and they were always very friendly.

We used ASE & ASE Install for our recent kitchen project which was finished to our complete satisfaction. Barney, the kitchen designer was able to offer some great suggestions which improved on our original plans. Richard, the kitchen fitter, was excellent. His workmanship was outstanding and he worked hard to complete the job quickly. He was very neat and tidy. ASE was more expensive that another quote we received but the professional approach and detailed design, together with absolute understanding of our requirements and the quality of the products convinced us that we chose the right supplier and we have no regrets in doing so. My experience with ASE means that I trust them to develop an optimum design and then follow up with a quality installation. I would certainly suggest that ASE should be considered if someone I knew was planning a new kitchen project

My new kitchen is great. I had no hesitations about working with Barney and ASE. What I liked best about working with Barney was his help with choosing the new appliances. The installation team were very good and Richard in particular was very hard working. I would recommend ASE to anyone.
