I used ASE's services about 15 years ago so I had no hesitation in approaching them when I need to update my kitchen. I initially worked with Barney Jones (kitchen designer) who was knowledgeable, courteous and patient, with no push to make a sale. The team at ASE are very professional and the quality of workmanship is very good. The installation took a bit longer than estimated but I am very happy with the end result. Thank you ASE!

ASE was recommended to us and although we were a little hesitant because of the costs (high end) we decided to proceed with having a new kitchen supplied and installed. The best thing about working with ASE was being able to refer to just one point of contact in the showroom who looked after everything for us. The kitchen fitter did an excellent job - we would have preferred to pay for fitting at an hourly rate rather than a 4 day contract, however we are very happy with the end result. Thank you ASE!

Great ideas from Barney at the planning stage and first class workmanship - the fitter Paul is a craftsman. Thanks to Scott for the daily checks and keeping everything on track. Masterclass kitchens are beautifully finished, slightly expensive but overall worth the extra. We are delighted with the end result.

It is worth mentioning that ASE have a variety of options available, we would recommend having a frank conversation regarding budgets, they will work with you to achieve this. From the initial meeting we had no hesitation in moving forward with our projects, especially as ASE were able to take on the whole project from design to install, Adam recommended a local building firm to undertake the renovation element of the project. Working with Will and Dan has been a pleasure they have both exceeded our expectations with the designs, ticking every box on our wish list. We would highly recommend ASE to all, they have delivered a first-class service from the design process to installation, having achieved this during the challenges of COVID speaks to the organisation and resilience of the team. The workmanship and attention to detail from Scott and the install team is first class, many of whom had excellent ideas to complement the finish. We have found everyone involved to be friendly, approachable, and professional and at no point did we feel pressured or rushed into making decisions, this unobtrusive approach enabled us to have the time to consider ideas and options. We had such confidence in Will and his design ability that often when decisions needed to be made we opt for what he felt would work best, this was also the case with the install team utilising there expertise to get the best result. Any issues which arose were dealt with professionally and in a timely manner. Both rooms have been transformed and have now set the bar for the remainder of our renovation works, we have no hesitation in recommending ASE and we are currently working with Dan on designs for future projects.

ASE recently supplied and installed a new kitchen and bathroom in our home. We worked with Barney and Daniel in the showroom and the ASE Install team worked in our property to successfully complete the installation. Barney's knowledge as an ex-kitchen fitter meant that he was able to design and suggest products that he knew would look good and represent the best use of space. Daniel's extensive product knowledge saved us money by offering bathroom products of comparable quality at a lower cost. There were a couple of things we would like to have seen done differently; a clearer explanation of the charging for sub-contract work and a site visit on completion of the bathroom project. However, there is a practical and realistic work ethic throughout ASE and we would recommend them to friends and family.

We knew about ASE due to purchasing other products from them previously. Personally we believe that the best thing about ASE is the fact that we are able to visit the showroom, see the appliances and have a knowledgeable salesperson to speak to. We also believe that the communication is good as I spoke to five really helpful people over the phone. Also they recommended people who would cut our worktops for us to make a larger space, installed our double oven and a new circuit box. Simon Bull was also recommended to cut off the gas for us too which was very helpful.
