I have recently had a new kitchen supplied and installed by ASE. I heard about ASE through a friend of mine so I had no hesitations about working with them. We knew about ASE due to purchasing other products from them previously. Personally we believe that the best thing about ASE is the fact that we are able to visit the showroom, see the appliances and have a knowledgeable salesperson to speak to. We also believe that the communication is good as I spoke to five really helpful people over the phone. Also they recommended people who would cut our worktops for us to make a larger space, installed our double oven and a new circuit box. Simon Bull was also recommended to cut off the gas for us too which was very helpful.

Customer Service at ASE is excellent and they are a very reliable company. The quality of workmanship is 10/10. We are really pleased with our new kitchen. Barney was so easy to work with as he is such an approachable person. The best thing about working with ASE was having that personal contact throughout the project which is one of the benefits of working with a local family firm. We used ASE & ASE Install for our recent kitchen project which was finished to our complete satisfaction. Barney, the kitchen designer was able to offer some great suggestions which improved on our original plans. Richard, the kitchen fitter, was excellent. His workmanship was outstanding and he worked hard to complete the job quickly. He was very neat and tidy. ASE was more expensive that another quote we received but the professional approach and detailed design, together with absolute understanding of our requirements and the quality of the products convinced us that we chose the right supplier and we have no regrets in doing so. My experience with ASE means that I trust them to develop an optimum design and then follow up with a quality installation. I would certainly suggest that ASE should be considered if someone I knew was planning a new kitchen project

We already knew ASE as a local plumbing & heating supplier so we had no hesitation about working with them on our kitchen project. Communication from the showroom was fantastic, we were kept informed all the way through. Any small issues that arose were dealt with efficiently and the work was finished on time. Great care was taken over the installation and all rubbish cleared away, our property was left clean and tidy at the end of every day. Everyone on the team was very helpful, especially Barney who is also very approachable. We are very happy with the end result and have already recommended ASE to others.

ASE did an amazing job when they refurbished our kitchen. We would happily recommend ASE to anyone due to the fact that everyone who was involved was friendly, helpful and professional from start to finish and under the present circumstances the work was carried out well to the highest standard.

ASE recently supplied and installed a new kitchen and bathroom in our home. We worked with Barney and Daniel in the showroom and the ASE Install team worked in our property to successfully complete the installation. Barney's knowledge as an ex-kitchen fitter meant that he was able to design and suggest products that he knew would look good and represent the best use of space. Daniel's extensive product knowledge saved us money by offering bathroom products of comparable quality at a lower cost. There were a couple of things we would like to have seen done differently; a clearer explanation of the charging for sub-contract work and a site visit on completion of the bathroom project. However, there is a practical and realistic work ethic throughout ASE and we would recommend them to friends and family.

Thank you to everyone at ASE for helping to deliver my new home so seamlessly and to such a high standard. It was worth every penny and took a lot of stress out of the whole process. We had a tailor made plan designed by Barney Jones who also project managed the installation throughout. This was the most important aspect for us and it meant that when a couple of minor issues cropped up Barney was able to deal with them efficiently for us. We would rate the quality of workmanship very highly - the contractors were very good and worked hard to get the job finished a day ahead of schedule. We are very happy with the end result and have already recommended ASE to other friends.
