It was a new venture so naturally we were cautious in trying to ensure we ended up with the design we had drawn up. ASE transformed our gloomy kitchen into a light, airy and attractive space. We enjoyed working with the team at ASE. Barney, the kitchen designer was friendly and reliable and made some very useful suggestions based on his professional experience. We were concerned that we might be 'talked into' something we didn't really want but this was not the case at all. The installation team were very cheerful and professional - we left them alone in our house for a week and we had no problems at all. Barney was very personable and professional from the outset and this coupled with his knowledge and understanding of products gave us complete confidence in what we were planning. Purchase and delivery of products generally went smoothly and any small glitches were dealt with calmly and efficiently by the showroom office staff which added to the confidence we had developed.Our questions throughout were answered fully and we were always given the time we needed and never felt under any pressure to make decisions. ASE recently supplied and installed a new kitchen and bathroom in our home. We worked with Barney and Daniel in the showroom and the ASE Install team worked in our property to successfully complete the installation. Barney's knowledge as an ex-kitchen fitter meant that he was able to design and suggest products that he knew would look good and represent the best use of space. Daniel's extensive product knowledge saved us money by offering bathroom products of comparable quality at a lower cost. There were a couple of things we would like to have seen done differently; a clearer explanation of the charging for sub-contract work and a site visit on completion of the bathroom project. However, there is a practical and realistic work ethic throughout ASE and we would recommend them to friends and family.
