I have recently had a new kitchen supplied and installed by ASE. I heard about ASE through a friend of mine so I had no hesitations about working with them. We knew about ASE due to purchasing other products from them previously. Personally we believe that the best thing about ASE is the fact that we are able to visit the showroom, see the appliances and have a knowledgeable salesperson to speak to. We also believe that the communication is good as I spoke to five really helpful people over the phone. Also they recommended people who would cut our worktops for us to make a larger space, installed our double oven and a new circuit box. Simon Bull was also recommended to cut off the gas for us too which was very helpful.

We already knew ASE as a local plumbing & heating supplier so we had no hesitation about working with them on our kitchen project. Communication from the showroom was fantastic, we were kept informed all the way through. Any small issues that arose were dealt with efficiently and the work was finished on time. Great care was taken over the installation and all rubbish cleared away, our property was left clean and tidy at the end of every day. Everyone on the team was very helpful, especially Barney who is also very approachable. We are very happy with the end result and have already recommended ASE to others.

We had used them in the past and we were aware of the high level of service they provide. When you deal with ASE you are dealing with knowledgeable professionals. ASE recently supplied and installed a new kitchen and bathroom in our home. We worked with Barney and Daniel in the showroom and the ASE Install team worked in our property to successfully complete the installation. Barney's knowledge as an ex-kitchen fitter meant that he was able to design and suggest products that he knew would look good and represent the best use of space. Daniel's extensive product knowledge saved us money by offering bathroom products of comparable quality at a lower cost. There were a couple of things we would like to have seen done differently; a clearer explanation of the charging for sub-contract work and a site visit on completion of the bathroom project. However, there is a practical and realistic work ethic throughout ASE and we would recommend them to friends and family.

We are really happy with our new kitchen which was supplied and installed by ASE. The service is great and the price is reasonable. The workmanship is excellent and very professional.
