Exclusive Apartment Project - Ludlow

We have been dealing with ASE for many years so we had no concerns about working with them when we wanted to convert our en-suite bathroom into a wetroom. The Project Manager, Scott Mackenzie, was very re-assuring and helped us to decide what we wanted. The installation team were courteous and polite and worked hard to make sure everything was left in working order before we had to go into lockdown! Thank you ASE, we are very pleased with the job.

I heard about ASE through a family member. Dan (bathroom designer) was very informative and helpful. ASE as a whole is a very professional organisation. The workmanship is excellent - highly recommend Andy! Everything about the fitting was timed very well (skip arrived as the old bathroom was being removed) - electrician arrived when expected and his work was co-ordinated efficiently with the rest of the team already on site. Scott came back to check everything was finished at the end of the 2 weeks. I would recommend ASE to anyone - Very happy with the end result - my bathroom looks lovely - thank you ASE!

We chose ASE for our new bathroom project because it was the nearest supplier of Villeroy & Boch bathroom products. As we did not have any previous knowledge or recommendation we were a little apprehensive at the onset of the project. We were however very impressed with the ethos of all the ASE team without exception. We were very pleased with the selection process and the adequate time given to those issues which were of concern to us. The opportunity to see a wide range of stock was helpful and the advice given was comprehensive. We were very pleased with the end result. Initially, our greatest concern was the standard of installation. We were delighted with the high standard achieved and the attention to detail. It was a pleasure having members of the ASE Install team on site, they are a credit to both ASE and themselves. Whilst all of the team impressed us, Gary stood out for his enthusiasm and skill as a carpenter. We shall certainly have no hesitation in recommending ASE in the future.

We are extremely happy with our new bathroom which was designed by Andrew at ASE. Andrew had some really creative ideas about how to make the best of the space we had (converting 2 rooms into 1). He also had a good understanding of what we were looking for & helped find a fabulous tile that was perfect for our new bathroom. We really valued the helpful discussions with Andrew which greatly assisted us in honing our choices but didn't pressurise us into a sale. It made a difference talking to someone who understood all the practical and technical issues as opposed to just a salesperson. We recently had a new wetroom supplied and installed by ASE. We were impressed by the reliable, pleasant and attentive staff in the showroom. The installation team are likewise and very hardworking and the workmanship is excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. Andy Vear's (ASE Install) skills and knowledge are excellent. He made it quite clear that he would ensure we were happy with the finished product. We are very happy with everything and have already recommended ASE to others.

I heard about ASE from my neighbour. I waited quite a while for a quote after I visited the showroom but the staff are great and supplied clear information and all work to high standards. The ASE Installation team are excellent. They arrived early, worked hard and to a very high standard. They were very tidy and they accommodated our decision to add tiling to the project at short notice. They still finished the project within the timescale we were expecting. We had used ASE to supply and install our bathroom a couple of years ago so we had absolutely no hesitation in returning there when we needed our guest bathroom upgraded.
