ASE was recommended to me by a local contact. I had no hesitations about working with ASE and I found the employees very pleasant, helpful and efficient. I used ASE's installation service and I would rate the quality of workmanship as excellent. I am very happy with the end result and would recommend ASE to anyone who wanted to refurbish their bathroom!!

We heard about ASE from a neighbour so we had no hesitations about using them to supply and install our new bathroom. What we liked best was ASE's professional and caring attitude. The install team had total respect for our property. The workmanship is excellent - any concerns we had were dealt with quickly. We were a little hesitant as we didn't know of anyone who had used ASE, so we had no idea of the quality of the service or the work. We decided to visit the showroom in Ludlow. It was a great experience right from the start. I would like to thank Daniel who dealt with me with tremendous patience as I agonised for a very long time over the multitude of choices available. He had good product knowledge and ideas and helped me to arrange the bathroom to maximise the space available. Daniel also told us that ASE had an 'in house' installation service so we decided to ask ASE to do the whole job. As soon as we met Andy Vear from ASE Install, we knew that we were in safe hands. Andy came to our home and seemed to tune in immediately to what we were trying to achieve. He had lots of good advice about the project. Although we had to wait for some time to have the job done, all went well and it was completed on the scheduled dates that we had reserved. It was a pleasure to have Andy and his team in our home. What we appreciated most was that Andy and ASE's tiler Scott MacKenzie were both perfectionists, persisting with the tasks until everything was exactly right. Furthermore, Andy returned promptly to fix minor glitches after the installation was completed. We are really happy with the end result. The bathroom has clean lines, is very easy to keep clean and has a definite 'wow factor' - all the things we wanted to achieve and our friends and family think it is wonderful. We would definitely recommend ASE's services to anyone who appreciates good workmanship and excellent customer service. ASE will handle everything and the job will be completed on time and to a high standard!

I first contacted ASE following an internet search for bathroom supplies in the Ludlow area. I had no hesitation about working with ASE because out of the three companies that I contacted over this particular piece of work ASE gave me the most promising response. I would recommend ASE to anyone who was looking for a reliable bath supplies company because they employ friendly and co-operative staff who wanted to do the best for me to get my work completed and they were willing to take on work that was rectifying a problem with a bath that had been fitted by another company. They could have just sold me a new bath but were willing to refit my existing one thus saving me considerable expense. I would also like to add that the quality of workmanship is excellent. The job was done very quickly and everywhere was left very neat and tidy afterwards. I am very happy with the end result.
