We had a tailor made plan designed by Barney Jones who also project managed the installation throughout. This was the most important aspect for us and it meant that when a couple of minor issues cropped up Barney was able to deal with them efficiently for us. We would rate the quality of workmanship very highly - the contractors were very good and worked hard to get the job finished a day ahead of schedule.
