We chose ASE for our new bathroom project because it was the nearest supplier of Villeroy & Boch bathroom products. As we did not have any previous knowledge or recommendation we were a little apprehensive at the onset of the project. We were however very impressed with the ethos of all the ASE team without exception. We were very pleased with the selection process and the adequate time given to those issues which were of concern to us. The opportunity to see a wide range of stock was helpful and the advice given was comprehensive. We were very pleased with the end result. Initially, our greatest concern was the standard of installation. We were delighted with the high standard achieved and the attention to detail. It was a pleasure having members of the ASE Install team on site, they are a credit to both ASE and themselves. Whilst all of the team impressed us, Gary stood out for his enthusiasm and skill as a carpenter. We shall certainly have no hesitation in recommending ASE in the future.

We have a refurbished kitchen that looks great and works really well. Barney was very personable and professional from the outset and this coupled with his knowledge and understanding of products gave us complete confidence in what we were planning. Purchase and delivery of products generally went smoothly and any small glitches were dealt with calmly and efficiently by the showroom office staff which added to the confidence we had developed.Our questions throughout were answered fully and we were always given the time we needed and never felt under any pressure to make decisions. We would recommend ASE to anyone for a good choice of products, competitive pricing and professional service - all in all we had a very pleasant experience.

ASE recently supplied and installed a new kitchen and bathroom in our home. We worked with Barney and Daniel in the showroom and the ASE Install team worked in our property to successfully complete the installation. Barney's knowledge as an ex-kitchen fitter meant that he was able to design and suggest products that he knew would look good and represent the best use of space. Daniel's extensive product knowledge saved us money by offering bathroom products of comparable quality at a lower cost. There were a couple of things we would like to have seen done differently; a clearer explanation of the charging for sub-contract work and a site visit on completion of the bathroom project. However, there is a practical and realistic work ethic throughout ASE and we would recommend them to friends and family.

We have just had a new shower enclosure fitted by ASE. Daniel in the showroom has excellent knowledge of product ranges so we had no hesitation about working with him on design and product supply. I recently had a new bathroom and en-suite supplied and installed by ASE. I had purchased items from ASE in the past so I knew I would be buying good quality products. My initial contact with Daniel in the showroom was very positive. His eye for detail impressed me and the project management of the job was fantastic. I heard about ASE from friends and as I live locally I thought I would pay a visit to their showroom. The staff at ASE are very friendly and extremely helpful, the products supplied are high quality.
