I used ASE last year to install a bathroom and was so impressed with them that when I decided to upgrade my shower room I went straight back to them. I received clear & detailed quotes from the showroom. The installation team arrived on time each day, worked really hard, were very tidy and completed the job within the agreed timescale. We heard about ASE from a neighbour so we had no hesitations about using them to supply and install our new bathroom. What we liked best was ASE's professional and caring attitude. The install team had total respect for our property. The workmanship is excellent - any concerns we had were dealt with quickly. We knew about ASE due to purchasing other products from them previously. Personally we believe that the best thing about ASE is the fact that we are able to visit the showroom, see the appliances and have a knowledgeable salesperson to speak to. We also believe that the communication is good as I spoke to five really helpful people over the phone. Also they recommended people who would cut our worktops for us to make a larger space, installed our double oven and a new circuit box. Simon Bull was also recommended to cut off the gas for us too which was very helpful.

ASE was recommended to us and although we were a little hesitant because of the costs (high end) we decided to proceed with having a new kitchen supplied and installed. The best thing about working with ASE was being able to refer to just one point of contact in the showroom who looked after everything for us.
