I heard about ASE from friends and as I live locally I thought I would pay a visit to their showroom. The staff at ASE are very friendly and extremely helpful, the products supplied are high quality. I also used ASE's in-house installation service and I would say the quality of workmanship and service is first class, I could not fault them. The process of designing, product selection and installation was so easy I have already decided (because of the quality of my bathroom) to have my en-suite and cloakroom refurbished by ASE. I would recommend ASE to anyone.

We are extremely happy with our new bathroom which was designed by Andrew at ASE. Andrew had some really creative ideas about how to make the best of the space we had (converting 2 rooms into 1). He also had a good understanding of what we were looking for & helped find a fabulous tile that was perfect for our new bathroom. We really valued the helpful discussions with Andrew which greatly assisted us in honing our choices but didn't pressurise us into a sale. It made a difference talking to someone who understood all the practical and technical issues as opposed to just a salesperson. ASE provide great value for money as all of the products we received are really good quality and robust. Thank you Andrew & ASE!

I first contacted ASE following an internet search for bathroom supplies in the Ludlow area. I had no hesitation about working with ASE because out of the three companies that I contacted over this particular piece of work ASE gave me the most promising response. I would recommend ASE to anyone who was looking for a reliable bath supplies company because they employ friendly and co-operative staff who wanted to do the best for me to get my work completed and they were willing to take on work that was rectifying a problem with a bath that had been fitted by another company. They could have just sold me a new bath but were willing to refit my existing one thus saving me considerable expense. I would also like to add that the quality of workmanship is excellent. The job was done very quickly and everywhere was left very neat and tidy afterwards. I am very happy with the end result.

We are very pleased that we chose ASE to supply and install our new bathroom. We worked with Daniel in the showroom and were impressed by his broad knowledge of products and pleasant manner. The ASE Installation Team are friendly, trustworthy and experienced. Each member is a specialist but they all work together as a great team. Aswell as working to the original plans the team made constructive suggestions  when they identified small changes that would, in their experience, improve the end result. ASE were recommended to us when we were thinking about having a new shower installed in our existing bathroom. The ASE install team are efficient and the workmanship is good. We would have preferred if the complete process could have been executed more quickly ie, quotation to order to installation seemed to take a long time but we needed the work to be carried out on a specific day of the week which may have added to the delay. Overall, we are happy with the end result.
