We chose ASE for our new bathroom project because it was the nearest supplier of Villeroy & Boch bathroom products. As we did not have any previous knowledge or recommendation we were a little apprehensive at the onset of the project. We were however very impressed with the ethos of all the ASE team without exception. We were very pleased with the selection process and the adequate time given to those issues which were of concern to us. The opportunity to see a wide range of stock was helpful and the advice given was comprehensive. We were very pleased with the end result. Initially, our greatest concern was the standard of installation. We were delighted with the high standard achieved and the attention to detail. It was a pleasure having members of the ASE Install team on site, they are a credit to both ASE and themselves. Whilst all of the team impressed us, Gary stood out for his enthusiasm and skill as a carpenter. We shall certainly have no hesitation in recommending ASE in the future.

We have been dealing with ASE for many years so we had no concerns about working with them when we wanted to convert our en-suite bathroom into a wetroom. The Project Manager, Scott Mackenzie, was very re-assuring and helped us to decide what we wanted. The installation team were courteous and polite and worked hard to make sure everything was left in working order before we had to go into lockdown! Thank you ASE, we are very pleased with the job.

We are extremely happy with our new bathroom which was designed by Andrew at ASE. Andrew had some really creative ideas about how to make the best of the space we had (converting 2 rooms into 1). He also had a good understanding of what we were looking for & helped find a fabulous tile that was perfect for our new bathroom. We really valued the helpful discussions with Andrew which greatly assisted us in honing our choices but didn't pressurise us into a sale. It made a difference talking to someone who understood all the practical and technical issues as opposed to just a salesperson. ASE were recommended to me by a friend so I had no hesitations about contacting them when I wanted to update my bathroom. The best thing about working with ASE is that they are efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I also used ASE's Installation Service - I was away while the installation was being carried out and when I returned it was like no-one had been in my house. There was no mess or clutter and everything had been left clean and tidy. Even the neighbours were impressed with the installation team's clean van, punctuality, efficient work and quiet performance. ASE were recommended to us when we were thinking about having a new shower installed in our existing bathroom. The ASE install team are efficient and the workmanship is good. We would have preferred if the complete process could have been executed more quickly ie, quotation to order to installation seemed to take a long time but we needed the work to be carried out on a specific day of the week which may have added to the delay. Overall, we are happy with the end result.

We heard about ASE through our plumber/heating engineer and ad no hesitations at all.
