We heard about ASE from friends who had used their services so we had no hesitation about approaching them to carry out our home improvement project. Everything was so straightforward from our first meeting with Daniel in the showroom to the final part of the installation. ASE should be very proud of all its employees - a really pleasant team. We would definitely recommend ASE because they supply lovely, good quality products and the quality of workmanship is outstanding. I first heard about ASE 10 years ago from a neighbour, when it came to having my own bathroom project done, there was no hesitation after the first consultation meeting with Daniel Mellings. The thing I liked best about working with ASE, was the professional attitude and friendly manner they all had, including how knowledgeable the team is. The only thing I would have liked to have done differently is sticking to the initially planned times to start work, but the most important thing to applaud is the efficiency, friendliness and quality of work. We had known about ASE for some time, and after some relatives of ours had used them previously, we had no hesitation working with ASE when it came to doing our own bathroom project. We found, one of our best elements of working with ASE, was the excellent showroom and install staff, their professionalism was unquestionable, and there is nothing we would have done differently. 5 stars aren't enough, for the quality of workmanship and how happy we are with the end result. ASE recently supplied and installed a new shower enclosure for me. The best thing about working with ASE is the quality of workmanship and customer care. There were some problems with this project but the manner in which they were handled was good. Commitment to deliver what the customer wants and customer care were both obvious and the quality of workmanship was such that in the end I am extremely happy with the finished product.

I first contacted ASE following an internet search for bathroom supplies in the Ludlow area. I had no hesitation about working with ASE because out of the three companies that I contacted over this particular piece of work ASE gave me the most promising response. I would recommend ASE to anyone who was looking for a reliable bath supplies company because they employ friendly and co-operative staff who wanted to do the best for me to get my work completed and they were willing to take on work that was rectifying a problem with a bath that had been fitted by another company. They could have just sold me a new bath but were willing to refit my existing one thus saving me considerable expense. I would also like to add that the quality of workmanship is excellent. The job was done very quickly and everywhere was left very neat and tidy afterwards. I am very happy with the end result.
