We already knew ASE as a local plumbing & heating supplier so we had no hesitation about working with them on our kitchen project. Communication from the showroom was fantastic, we were kept informed all the way through. Any small issues that arose were dealt with efficiently and the work was finished on time. Great care was taken over the installation and all rubbish cleared away, our property was left clean and tidy at the end of every day. Everyone on the team was very helpful, especially Barney who is also very approachable. We are very happy with the end result and have already recommended ASE to others.

My new kitchen is great. I had no hesitations about working with Barney and ASE. What I liked best about working with Barney was his help with choosing the new appliances. The installation team were very good and Richard in particular was very hard working. I would recommend ASE to anyone.

We heard about ASE through doing some internet searching and we were a bit nervous but that was due to being new to the area. But the work that was carried out was outstanding and performed to the highest standard. ASE was recommended to us and although we were a little hesitant because of the costs (high end) we decided to proceed with having a new kitchen supplied and installed. The best thing about working with ASE was being able to refer to just one point of contact in the showroom who looked after everything for us. We have a refurbished kitchen that looks great and works really well. Barney was very personable and professional from the outset and this coupled with his knowledge and understanding of products gave us complete confidence in what we were planning. Purchase and delivery of products generally went smoothly and any small glitches were dealt with calmly and efficiently by the showroom office staff which added to the confidence we had developed.Our questions throughout were answered fully and we were always given the time we needed and never felt under any pressure to make decisions. We would recommend ASE to anyone for a good choice of products, competitive pricing and professional service - all in all we had a very pleasant experience.

From design to completion everyone was very professional, polite and nothing was too much trouble. The most important thing that people should know about ASE is the fact that they have such a good workforce and they are always ready to help out.
