We chose ASE for our new bathroom project because it was the nearest supplier of Villeroy & Boch bathroom products. As we did not have any previous knowledge or recommendation we were a little apprehensive at the onset of the project. We were however very impressed with the ethos of all the ASE team without exception. We were very pleased with the selection process and the adequate time given to those issues which were of concern to us. The opportunity to see a wide range of stock was helpful and the advice given was comprehensive. We were very pleased with the end result. Initially, our greatest concern was the standard of installation. We were delighted with the high standard achieved and the attention to detail. It was a pleasure having members of the ASE Install team on site, they are a credit to both ASE and themselves. Whilst all of the team impressed us, Gary stood out for his enthusiasm and skill as a carpenter. We shall certainly have no hesitation in recommending ASE in the future.

The Trade Counter at ASE has always been very helpful and the Showroom is very pleasant along with the installers being very efficient and always performing to the highest standard. One thing that people should know is that you need to be patient as there is a long queue of customers. Any problems that occurred were corrected imminently and Jerry also corrected some related problems that were not scheduled. Overall I feel that I have had a good and careful installation of the bathroom and the work was at a reasonable price and I would recommend ASE to others.

We paid a visit to ASE's Showroom in Ludlow purely by chance and were impressed with the displays but thought they would be unaffordable for us. We were pleasantly surprised to find that ASE could work with our budget and supplied and fitted a lovely new bathroom for us. All of the staff are polite and helpful. Daniel had some really good ideas about design and was very helpful when we visited him in the showroom. Chris from ASE Install was excellent, he arrived on time each day, worked hard and took time to ensure his work was carried out to a very high standard. Overall we are very pleased with the finished project. We would recommend ASE for first class service. Thank you.

I first heard about ASE 10 years ago from a neighbour, when it came to having my own bathroom project done, there was no hesitation after the first consultation meeting with Daniel Mellings. The thing I liked best about working with ASE, was the professional attitude and friendly manner they all had, including how knowledgeable the team is. They also didn't pressure me into any decision-making before I was ready. I can't think of anything else that I would have done differently. The most important thing I would like people to know about ASE is how simple they make the whole process, all I had to do was make the tea! ASE know what they are doing, they work together great as a team across the company and all to a high standard. 5-Stars for the quality of workmanship, excellent attention to detail and good value for money. I used ASE last year to install a bathroom and was so impressed with them that when I decided to upgrade my shower room I went straight back to them. I received clear & detailed quotes from the showroom. The installation team arrived on time each day, worked really hard, were very tidy and completed the job within the agreed timescale. I would recommend ASE to friends considering a similar project for their reliability, quality products and great workmanship. I had been recommended ASE by a friend. At the time my only hesitation when working with them was financial. The best thing about working with ASE is the professionalism and courtesy of everyone involved, the reliability, and not having to work with different trades, but knowing they would turn up to do what was promised was reassuring. I would recommend ASE as a company but don't know anybody locally with a project in mind. There was just one minor thing I would have liked to have done differently when I went away for a week while the floor was being laid being able to do that, completely trusting 5 or 6 workmen in my home was a massive positive), but while I was away a couple of small decisions were made, without me being asked about what I wanted. These were rectified by Scott the Project Manager but could have been avoided. Mostly the experience was very positive and I am very happy with the result and quality of workmanship, 5 stars overall. Scott was very efficient and keen to make sure I got the result I wanted. Luke was superb. He was patient with me when I asked questions and was so keen to do an excellent quality job. When I was away he sent images and video footage of what they'd done that day and that was incredibly reassuring. He and everyone work hard, and long hours and I couldn't have asked for more.

We recently had a new wetroom supplied and installed by ASE. We were impressed by the reliable, pleasant and attentive staff in the showroom. The installation team are likewise and very hardworking and the workmanship is excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. Andy Vear's (ASE Install) skills and knowledge are excellent. He made it quite clear that he would ensure we were happy with the finished product. We are very happy with everything and have already recommended ASE to others.
