ASE were recommended to us when we were thinking about having a new shower installed in our existing bathroom. The ASE install team are efficient and the workmanship is good. We would have preferred if the complete process could have been executed more quickly ie, quotation to order to installation seemed to take a long time but we needed the work to be carried out on a specific day of the week which may have added to the delay. Overall, we are happy with the end result.

I had used ASE before for another project and had no hesitation when working with them again. I liked how professional they are and would recommend them to other people as they do a good job. The only thing I would have liked to have done differently at the time was to have the project done sooner, it did take longer than expected. ASE probably are not the cheapest, but they are worth the price you pay, the workmanship is very good, 4 stars and I am very pleased with the end result, 5 stars.

The best thing about working with ASE is that they are efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I also used ASE's Installation Service - I was away while the installation was being carried out and when I returned it was like no-one had been in my house. There was no mess or clutter and everything had been left clean and tidy. Even the neighbours were impressed with the installation team's clean van, punctuality, efficient work and quiet performance. Our neighbour recommended ASE to us so we had no hesitations about working with them to achieve our new shower room. We would and already have recommended ASE to family and friends because Daniel, in the showroom, was very helpful and mindful of our needs when choosing the new products for our shower room, we had a difficult shaped room with waste outlets in the wrong places and a wooden floor. Also, Scott, from the installation team, managed to find a solution to every problem so the finished room is lovely. We would rate ASE installation service very highly. We are very happy with the finished result.

The most important thing that people should know about working with ASE is the fact that they have good communication, a professional and courteous service and fulfilled all our requirements. From the initial "wish-list" to completion we were kept informed throughout, any queries that arose were fully discussed and resolved. Thank you to Adam, Dan, Scott and especially Luke. There were no hesitations when deciding to work with ASE for my new Bathroom project, I heard about ASE from our neighbours in Knighton who had previously had their kitchen designed and fitted by them. ASE are very conscientious and uphold a professional attitude throughout the process, I will be recommending them to anyone interested and asking for recommendations. We found ASE whilst searching the internet for local bathroom installers. We were really pleased to find a company who would manage the complete job for us. The staff at ASE are friendly, knowledgeable and hard working and the workmanship is of a very high standard. We had a couple of small hiccups but we are very happy with the end result.
