I had ASE recommended to me and I did have an initial hesitation about working with them as I did believe that the outcome would be rather expensive. One of the best things about working with them is that fact that if there were any problems I knew that they would solved. The one thing that I would have liked to have seen done differently is better communication from Dan as he needs to listen more instead of talking as much but then on the other hand the fitting team were were very clean and tidy which is usually very rare.

We knew about ASE as we have used them previously and we had no hesitations about using them. They provide an excellent service from the planning stages right down to the installation. Those at ASE are efficient and they always keep you up to date with what is happening.

The only hesitations we had were cost-wise but we were pleased to have chosen ASE as the team are friendly and reliable. The communication is good and they met all deadlines. We would have preferred if the complete process could have been executed more quickly ie, quotation to order to installation seemed to take a long time but we needed the work to be carried out on a specific day of the week which may have added to the delay. Overall, we are happy with the end result.
