There were no hesitations in working with ASE when recommended to me, and I would recommend ASE to anyone asking about bathroom refurbishments. The only thing I would have liked to have done differently is sticking to the initially planned times to start work, but the most important thing to applaud is the efficiency, friendliness and quality of work. Llewelyn from the installations team was very talented and good at his job, also very polite. 5 Stars for the quality of workmanship and 5 Stars for the end result.

We found ASE when we searched the web for a local Kitchen & Bathroom Supplier. We would recommend ASE to anyone because all staff are professional, reliable and straight forward. The workmanship is very good - professional and cheerful team - we liked that fact that they made suggestions along the way which helped achieve an excellent result. The installation took place whilst we where having extensive groundwork carried out, the ASE team were thoughtful and considerate in very trying conditions, constantly changing footwear to minimise the amount of mud carried into the house. They offer excellent customer relations and sound advice. They have an excellent showroom too. We would rate the ASE Install team's workmanship as excellent. ASE were recommended to us when we were thinking about having a new shower installed in our existing bathroom. The ASE install team are efficient and the workmanship is good. We would have preferred if the complete process could have been executed more quickly ie, quotation to order to installation seemed to take a long time but we needed the work to be carried out on a specific day of the week which may have added to the delay. Overall, we are happy with the end result.

I know ASE as it is local to me and I have been in contact with them before. Those at ASE are very efficient when it comes to timing as the job I had done was carried within a reasonable timescale. I did have a slight hesitation to begin with as previously I have been in contact with them and had my quotes and jobs lost in the system but since then their systems have seemed to of improved and this time I have had no problems at all. After the service that I have received this time around I would happily recommend ASE to anyone who is hoping to have a new bathroom and would give them a 4/5 rating.

We had known about ASE for some time, and after some relatives of ours had used them previously, we had no hesitation working with ASE when it came to doing our own bathroom project. We found, one of our best elements of working with ASE, was the excellent showroom and install staff, their professionalism was unquestionable, and there is nothing we would have done differently. 5 stars aren't enough, for the quality of workmanship and how happy we are with the end result. A special mention to Andy who carried out an excellent job and took care with the rest of our home whilst the install took place, and his attention to detail was admirable from start to finish.
