We knew about ASE due to purchasing other products from them previously. Personally we believe that the best thing about ASE is the fact that we are able to visit the showroom, see the appliances and have a knowledgeable salesperson to speak to. We also believe that the communication is good as I spoke to five really helpful people over the phone. Also they recommended people who would cut our worktops for us to make a larger space, installed our double oven and a new circuit box. Simon Bull was also recommended to cut off the gas for us too which was very helpful.

We heard about ASE through family so we had no hesitation about working with them. We were very impressed with the service we received. Great ideas from Barney at the planning stage and first class workmanship - the fitter Paul is a craftsman. Thanks to Scott for the daily checks and keeping everything on track. Masterclass kitchens are beautifully finished, slightly expensive but overall worth the extra. We are delighted with the end result.

After our initial meetings with Barney (designer) and Richard (installer) we were more than happy to proceed with the project - we were impressed by their product knowledge and professionalism. We used ASE & ASE Install for our recent kitchen project which was finished to our complete satisfaction. Barney, the kitchen designer was able to offer some great suggestions which improved on our original plans. Richard, the kitchen fitter, was excellent. His workmanship was outstanding and he worked hard to complete the job quickly. He was very neat and tidy. ASE was more expensive that another quote we received but the professional approach and detailed design, together with absolute understanding of our requirements and the quality of the products convinced us that we chose the right supplier and we have no regrets in doing so. My experience with ASE means that I trust them to develop an optimum design and then follow up with a quality installation. I would certainly suggest that ASE should be considered if someone I knew was planning a new kitchen project

We are really pleased with our new kitchen. Barney was so easy to work with as he is such an approachable person. The best thing about working with ASE was having that personal contact throughout the project which is one of the benefits of working with a local family firm. This was the most important aspect for us and it meant that when a couple of minor issues cropped up Barney was able to deal with them efficiently for us. We recently decided to upgrade our kitchen so we instructed ASE to source all products and carry out the installation for us. Before making a commitment we read through the reviews posted on ASE's website which helped with our decision. The best thing about working with ASE is their professionalism and the quality of workmanship which is very good. We would have welcomed a clearer outline of how long the work would take, however we are very happy with the end result. We would recommend ASE's services to anyone who asked.

ASE recently supplied and installed a new kitchen and bathroom in our home. We worked with Barney and Daniel in the showroom and the ASE Install team worked in our property to successfully complete the installation. Barney's knowledge as an ex-kitchen fitter meant that he was able to design and suggest products that he knew would look good and represent the best use of space. Daniel's extensive product knowledge saved us money by offering bathroom products of comparable quality at a lower cost. There were a couple of things we would like to have seen done differently; a clearer explanation of the charging for sub-contract work and a site visit on completion of the bathroom project. However, there is a practical and realistic work ethic throughout ASE and we would recommend them to friends and family.
