We are very happy with our new kitchen which was supplied and installed by ASE. After our initial meetings with Barney (designer) and Richard (installer) we were more than happy to proceed with the project - we were impressed by their product knowledge and professionalism. We would recommend ASE to friends and family because of their 'can do' attitude across the board. We would highly rate the workmanship of ASE Install. We experienced a few minor issues but these were rectified quickly and efficiently. Thank you ASE!

ASE recently supplied and installed a new kitchen and bathroom in our home. We worked with Barney and Daniel in the showroom and the ASE Install team worked in our property to successfully complete the installation. Barney's knowledge as an ex-kitchen fitter meant that he was able to design and suggest products that he knew would look good and represent the best use of space. Daniel's extensive product knowledge saved us money by offering bathroom products of comparable quality at a lower cost. There were a couple of things we would like to have seen done differently; a clearer explanation of the charging for sub-contract work and a site visit on completion of the bathroom project. However, there is a practical and realistic work ethic throughout ASE and we would recommend them to friends and family.

We heard about ASE through local knowledge and word of mouth and had no hesitations about working with them. We particularly liked the personal attention provided by Will Bolt our kitchen designer. Will also provided us with helpful and adaptive ideas and made adapting our design to meet our budget expectations. We have given the end result of 5 out of 5 stars. We heard about ASE through word of mouth, whilst the general opinion was that ASE is in the higher range for kitchens their reputation gave us confidence that it would be a worthwhile investment. It is worth mentioning that ASE have a variety of options available, we would recommend having a frank conversation regarding budgets, they will work with you to achieve this. From the initial meeting we had no hesitation in moving forward with our projects, especially as ASE were able to take on the whole project from design to install, Adam recommended a local building firm to undertake the renovation element of the project. Working with Will and Dan has been a pleasure they have both exceeded our expectations with the designs, ticking every box on our wish list. We would highly recommend ASE to all, they have delivered a first-class service from the design process to installation, having achieved this during the challenges of COVID speaks to the organisation and resilience of the team. The workmanship and attention to detail from Scott and the install team is first class, many of whom had excellent ideas to complement the finish. We have found everyone involved to be friendly, approachable, and professional and at no point did we feel pressured or rushed into making decisions, this unobtrusive approach enabled us to have the time to consider ideas and options. We had such confidence in Will and his design ability that often when decisions needed to be made we opt for what he felt would work best, this was also the case with the install team utilising there expertise to get the best result. Any issues which arose were dealt with professionally and in a timely manner. Both rooms have been transformed and have now set the bar for the remainder of our renovation works, we have no hesitation in recommending ASE and we are currently working with Dan on designs for future projects.

ASE transformed our gloomy kitchen into a light, airy and attractive space. We enjoyed working with the team at ASE. Barney, the kitchen designer was friendly and reliable and made some very useful suggestions based on his professional experience. We were concerned that we might be 'talked into' something we didn't really want but this was not the case at all. The installation team were very cheerful and professional - we left them alone in our house for a week and we had no problems at all. We would recommend ASE to our friends as an excellent company who are genuine and reliable.

From design to completion everyone was very professional, polite and nothing was too much trouble. The most important thing that people should know about ASE is the fact that they have such a good workforce and they are always ready to help out. We heard about them from a friend which lead to us having no hesitations what so ever. Also it is a good thing that ASE always kept us in the loop and they were always very friendly.

We heard about ASE through a colleague for whom they had previously fitted a kitchen. It was a new venture so naturally we were cautious in trying to ensure we ended up with the design we had drawn up. We would recommend ASE’s Products and Services as the attention to detail was outstanding, the design was exactly as initial drawings and the fit out of the kitchen was perfect (and believe me I’m really fussy). We are on a small development of barn conversions and would certainly recommend ASE to other local purchasers, together with friends and family. The communication all through the program was excellent and we were able to ensure easily who was doing what and when. One of the most important aspects of ASE is its excellent communication, Barney Jones is exemplary in terms of his knowledge, listening skills and his ability to get things done in a timely manner and to plan. The quality of the workmanship is as good as it gets constantly striving for perfection and achieving it. The end result matches our dream ... perfection! I had no hesitations about working with ASE as they had been recommended to me by others. I am really pleased with my new kitchen. Communication from the showroom and the install team was great and the quality of workmanship is very good. Overall I am very happy with the end result and I will recommend ASE to anyone who is thinking about a new kitchen or bathroom.

We recently had our new kitchen supplied and installed by ASE. We found ASE on Google and decided to pay a visit to their showroom in Ludlow. The most important thing people should know about ASE is that the communication between ASE and the customer is great. The installation team and all staff are very good. We are really happy with the end result and would recommend ASE to anyone. ASE may not be the cheapest but you get what you pay for... quality!!

Great ideas from Barney at the planning stage and first class workmanship - the fitter Paul is a craftsman. Thanks to Scott for the daily checks and keeping everything on track. Masterclass kitchens are beautifully finished, slightly expensive but overall worth the extra. We are delighted with the end result.
