The best thing about working with Andrew was his helpfulness and co-operation along with his great personality and professionalism. The recommended installation team were extremely polite and respectful of our home and worked to the agreed timetable and schedule. Their work was carried out to a high standard. I used ASE last year to install a bathroom and was so impressed with them that when I decided to upgrade my shower room I went straight back to them. I was a little hesitant as I heard they would be more expensive that other contractors but once I received the quotes I decided to proceed. Further to the recent completion of the modernisation of our existing bathroom I would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude to the team at ASE. Firstly, I would like to thank Adam Pearce for the prompt attention to remedy the situation when our original installer had to cancel the scheduled work. We ordered all the equipment, units & sanitary ware with the help of Daniel in the showroom who also carried out a site survey and designed our new bathroom . We would also like to thank the installation team of Gary, Andy and Chris. The Installation went very smoothly with the removal of the existing bathroom furniture, a “re-vamp” of pipework and utilisation of the existing wall tiling. As for the quality of workmanship, this was excellent and the housekeeping at the end of each day’s work could not be faulted. We would have no hesitation to recommend ASE for supply, installation and value with quality workmanship and co-ordination.

I heard about ASE through a family member. Dan (bathroom designer) was very informative and helpful. ASE as a whole is a very professional organisation. The workmanship is excellent - highly recommend Andy! Everything about the fitting was timed very well (skip arrived as the old bathroom was being removed) - electrician arrived when expected and his work was co-ordinated efficiently with the rest of the team already on site. We heard about ASE locally and we were a little hesitant at first as we had no previous knowledge of the company, however we found them to be a good company to work with. The communication was very good and the employees listened to our needs and commented constructively.
